The lighting design at 121 MC Landscape establishes an inviting gateway into the foyer and hospitality areas, strengthening the sense of arrival and enhancing the transition between exterior and interior spaces. Gardens that would typically recede into darkness are now illuminated, emerging as key landscape features that enrich the nighttime experience and contribute to a more welcoming public realm.
Wall Grazing.

Wall‑grazing: along the steps places luminaires close to textured surfaces, such as stone or pavers, to accentuate materiality and create depth. This technique adds subtle drama and visual richness, particularly on stair risers and adjacent paving.

Stairway Accent Lighting: serves both functional and aesthetic purposes. As a low‑level illumination strategy, it improves safety by clearly defining each step while also establishing a warm, inviting, and visually striking atmosphere that enhances the overall landscape composition. LED Strip / Linear Lighting discreetly installed beneath the nosing of each step, linear LED strips deliver a clean, continuous glow. This creates a refined “floating” effect that aligns with contemporary landscape design, offering both elegance and clarity of movement.
